CNC Machining
 The J.B. Industries, Ltd. machine shop functions to provide “Job Shop” type CNC machining services to customer supplied prints and full service manufacturing (machining, fabricating, machine assembly, and testing) for special fixtures and machines.
Our core staff of machinists possess Tool Maker/Programmer capabilities with added ingenuity for those “tough” tasks.
Most of the “Job Shop” type services we provide are small quantity precision parts made of tool steel for the stamping and forging industries.
Our CNC programmers utilize Virtual Gibbs™ solids CAM software. Enabling us to work on projects where we can receive a customer’s assembly CAD file via Email and provide the machined part(s) with no need for a dimensioned or “hard copy” drawing.
